Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as an HR Generalist is required for this position.
  • Familiar with handling Government mandated benefits.
  • Candidate can do multi-tasking, is highly flexible, and is people-oriented.
  • Candidate must be smart, presentable, and dependable.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be detail oriented with above-average oral and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  1. Handles HR-related tasks for the company.
  1. Prepares Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, Regularization Letters, Certificates of Employment, and other HR/Admin-related correspondence.
  2. Job Description preparation and confirmation of salary budget.
  3. Facilitates new employee’s onboarding process:
  1. Prepares Welcome Kit for all new hires.
  2. Conducts Employee Orientation including office tour and introduction of new hires to the team.
  3. Enrollment with biometrics.
  4. Prepares workstation and equipment for new hires including computers, mobile phones, etc.
  5. Collects documentary requirements from new hires for reporting to POEA.
  6. Issuance of company I.D.
  1. Handles the exit clearance and offboarding requirements of resigned/ terminated staff.
  2. 201 File Management
  3. In charge of benefits administration such as reporting of employees at SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF and coordinating with HMO providers.
  4. Handles employee leave management and monitoring.
  5. Send office notices/memos such as Public Holidays, upcoming Client Visits, and Recruitment Trips.
  6. Manage, update, and ensure proper dissemination of the shared drive for office memos and policies.
  7. Work with Management on drafting and updating office memos and policies.
  8. Monitor and process performance evaluations of new employees.
  9. Prepares DTR reports of employees every payroll cut-off.
  10. Facilitates and organizes HR Employee Relations Activities.
  11. Managing the Jobstreet account and requesting job ads from digital marketing.
  12. Submit and update reports on the DOLE website (ex. WAIR).
  13. Act as Safety Officer of the company for DOLE compliance.

 

  1. Handles Admin-related tasks for the company.
  1. Canvassing and preparation of Purchase Orders for various company equipment.
  2. In charge of office supplies and inventory.
  3. Gathers data and compiles various reports needed by Management.
  4. Work with Accounting to keep track of and ensure timely updating/renewal of all licenses of Ikon, JACC, and IES.

 

  1. Performs all other task assigned.
