To formalize the hiring of Filipino workers,
employers must meet the requirements of the Philippine
Government.
Philippine law requires
all foreign principals/employers to register their manpower
requirements with the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA). Requests for manpower should be coursed
through POEA-licensed recruitment agencies on the basis of a Job
Order.
Job Orders must be
authenticated and accredited by the Philippine Government in
order to proceed with the recruitment and hiring of Filipino
workers.
As part of its services
to clients, Ikon assists with POEA registration/accreditation at
no cost to the employer.
