To formalize the hiring of Filipino workers, employers must meet the requirements of the Philippine Government.

Philippine law requires all foreign principals/employers to register their manpower requirements with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Requests for manpower should be coursed through POEA-licensed recruitment agencies on the basis of a Job Order.

Job Orders must be authenticated and accredited by the Philippine Government in order to proceed with the recruitment and hiring of Filipino workers.
